it happened to me when I wrote off a 1098 base....I was in middle of road alongside bike when an oul doll ( old lady ) in a Mercedes drove rite up...

a threaded bat with two nuts....use this to clamp each bobbin and then spin using an electric drill and maybe a little graphite. this will help.
take the pads out and use course sand paper and rub the surface like feck.....then spin the wheel while sanding the disk faces and finish with...
the tyres will be full of water.

reset tps and balance throttle bodies will smooth things out.
