hi if i bought a standard ecu from e bay how would i go about making it work on my bike (1098s). i believe each ecu is coded to its original bike.

new pads fitted,calipers serviced,new fluid,disks cleaned,weather crap. now to try to sort out my 3k rpm splutter.
many thanks for replys,iv sbs pads on order. i also wanted to service my calipers and have been told that ducati nor brembo will sell replacement...
just had a quote for brembo pads for my 1098s and had to sit down,anyhow it seems sbs pads are good at under a third the price of brembo....so...
where do you put the tax disk on other bikes?
