I do have a manual winder for it. Never had to use it and understand that the power must be off before using it. Last resort!!

I dont use the fob ever. I use the main unit which is mains powered. After a few attempts it does close but I’m worried its going to stick open....
I have an electric roller garage door. It’s started to stop when I try to lower it from fully open. It drops about six inches then winds back up...
