IIRC Donny don't do any static tests. You get a warning after the 1st time you get pulled in (black flagged) for going over and they suggest...
I think it's not a noisy day as opposed to a quiet day, if that makes sense. Quiet days tend to be 98 static not drive by in my limited experience.
