600 to get it coated....my mates gs1000 motor cost 500 ( nearly 3 times the physical size ) but that's my point....the cost is all in the masking...
Xylan as a coating wont cost much more...I've had 2 engines done..in fact my mates gs1000 motor was cheaper than my 525....less masking off...
All the cost is in the masking off...literally 2 thirds or more...
