Change the link pipe for a straight though one.
Big bore full systems don't do the smaller bikes much good. Your better off with a set of slash cut termis and a good remap.

Just had a look on hps website floating rear disc is £300+, but it will look very out of place.

Just get um made up with a 90° union on the caliper end.
Early 916 sps had gold 3 spoke wheels. Later had 5 spokes. Think the change over year was 98
Be good if he does though I fear he could be a bit of a target.
