748r should have wider belts.
Make sure your hanging on when you ride it mate, base 1198's do bite. :D

It is a full system mate but looks like it's got a lamda probe thread in the rear manifold. Looks a nice bike bud and yes it the same as mine.
@duc996bp Is right there are 2 types, one fitted to the 996sps and ones fitted to the 748r are different.
