Kind of. When racing, I literally smash my knee into the tarmac, especially on slower corners, and the lift or press down depending what I need....
In which case if its fast dry roads and track, SC BSB the way to go :) decision made :upyeah:
BT016s worked brilliantly on the road and OK fast group track. Cheap as chips too.
