No experiance of what you are trying to do but would be interested to know the culprit to avoid.
When i visited the ducati factory a couple of years ago i was told that they had employed the ex head of Audi quality control to sort theirs out....
Will they release a Desmo high end model ? They are the only other manufacturer that has the legitimacy to do so i think.
