The Ducabike pressure plate PSF03 might work - it says suitable for all Ducati dry clutches whilst the PSF02 specifically excludes slipper...
748R and 749R pressure plates are the same part number. 19420141A
Looks like the R has a basic slipper clutch (cant say ive noticed riding it from memory). The part number for the OE pressure plate is different...
