Possible Moisture/ corrosion in horizontal coil or ignition relay tucked behind battery box renowned for giving problems -for starters.
Not saying this is the bike, but I remember a black low mileage SP up for sale within the last two years which had had a total engine strip down...
As you said earlier, each to their own opinion – the low mileage makes the bike I listed far better value , it's a total no-brainer to me.
