The sag only really tells you of the springs are the right wieght for yu, ie if static is 8mm, and rider should be 30 but is 20, its too firm etc....
From memory static 5-10mm rider sag 30-40 is a track ranfe but not got my notes to hand. From slighly bigger, think its 20mm static and 35-45...

It will help thst I have a KTM dealer 2 minutes away. The 625 is a little less compromising they say....but I guess everything is relative! Lol
