Tank is easy to shift. 1 bolt under the seat should give you enough room to manoeuvre with discounting anything.

You can get something on eBay to stop it flipping up, Itd like a small oval bracket. I just put an 848 on as never trusted the look of the original.

First thing I did was swap the side stand for one from a 848/1098.
