Bit harsh - suggestions requested, and provided in various posts in this thread.
That's never been my experience. On iPhone and iPad I only ever use Safari, and always remain logged in, until the relevant cookie expires.
To avoid putting off new subscribers, how about a free-trial period? No access to subscribers-only content, but an ad-free period of, say, a month?
