I fitted the one I had used on the 1199. No issues, so in answer to your question yes Oberon do do one. Their 1199 version will work just fine.
Probably, though surprised you did not get a heat shield with it. Seems odd they would supply you with an incomplete system.
It comes as part of the full system kit. If not then you need to find out why!
