getting the fairings and prepped and painted and corrected was actually the good part but the decal kit really needed to have been applied...
and putting on the clear lacquer on the tank to give it some resistance against overspill was a big mistake. id achieve a really decent finish...
the nose fairing should have a lot more white on it as should the tail piece but alas i screwed it all up so its a bodge
So here it is ready finally..... moral of the story is - never add decals yourself unless you have skill and they are cut to size and are wet not...
