I might be mistaken. Looks like there is a fused relay for the fans (which also does the USB and 12v socket so you might check if those are...
Should be a thermo switch to operate the fan as well as the temperature sender for the dash and ecu

Ktm dealer in South Shields has now closed
I think the valve motor senses load on it when operating the cables. Now that one is snapped it will sense the load and give you a warning light....
