Is the pushrod clearance adjusted properly? The cylinder return spring is what acts on the the lever to return it fully and push the switch......
The ti bolts can be used 3 times as mentioned above. The steel ones are throw away. Obviously, if you know this is the first time they've been off...
No stick. The updated software is downloaded onto the dealers DDS and uploaded to the bike via that. The software will load the correct maps...

the multi hasn't used the Siemens ECU. been on Mitsubishi since day one. There have been software updates along the way though.
