Probably the switch. Pull the connector and look for oil on it, and in the pressure switch itself. Quite common unfortunately.
The ecu's are the same. The EPROM carries the changes. 916 chip would be no good at all tbh. Get the fi systems set up properly and it should be fine.
You changed or topped up the brake/clutch fluid lately? That cracks them....no idea how/why but if it's left on there they crack. Make sure also...
I think you've pretty much cracked it tbh. That's pretty normal looking and a new jubilee clip and a reseal of the breather into the cases cures...
