If it is a 2023 V4R the red with the no 1 on the sides then it has the smaller clutch. Not really an issue only like other dry clutch Ducatis...
If you are that intent on an exhaust being quiet... I would get the exhaust I wanted and make or get baffles made to the required DB level you want

They all do that just fill what fuel you are using for that session … rather than carrying around 10kg more fuel than you need… less fuel less...

Have you bled the clutch checked the slave? I’d say the biting point should be further out you tried expanding the lever out to get more throw?
I didn’t make it up I’ve done the conversion 3 times…… I would think there will be several wet clutches complete sitting in a box in the loft...
