Rear shock out last night in 25 mins...and that includes getting the bike on footpeg stands...4 bolts, 2 holding the preload adjuster, one on each...
Nitron here....got Nitron R3 and pro cartridges on my zed....for me its durability....my zed is used year round in the worst weather...

Well, ironically, its even easier than last time....its got Nitron pro catridges in it now which are way easier to drain than the old stock...
In 30 years of biking its the best bike ive ever owned hands down...rear shock tonight....thatll take about 30 mins to switch it out...

Yes - changing tyres in cold weather is hard granted....tyre soap helps alot and lots of tyre levers. Sometimes you do need another set of hands...
