if that was mine it would be ok, depends how you ride really, ive seen alot worse on track.

sp/sps's has ohlins rear shock, rear alloy subframe, cast iron flooting discs and later sps's had ti rods and up rated cams in the engine as well.
timing marks should be bang on mate.

Best thing to do is ring moto rapido or a ducati specialist see what they say.
If it was me bud all I'd do is change the pads for track pads get some proper track tyres and tweek the suspension, remove mirrors .
