I had a 959 engine go pop at 1900 miles! The replacement has done 2500 and all is good so guess you do get a bad one now and again!

Yeah it will say Race briefly when you turn it on. It will not stay saying RACE. But if you didn’t notice it I suspect it’s not been done.
It should say RACE on the dash when you switch it on if it’s been up mapped, mine does.
