Bit late in replying to this but I generally go by the workshop manual. Some bolts require blue loctite, others need a smidge of moly grease.
Agreed, I doubt it's an SP of any sort.
My 851 SP3 comes up as "Red Ducati" on the MoT check website...

Just for context, Ducati Norwich (Seastar Superbikes) have an unregistered one with 1 mile on the lock, a fiver under £60k....
