As @Chris says - I think the workshop manual states tightening torque to be 5Nm (otherwise known as "just nipped up"!).
I think you'll find belts are every two years regardless. I had good experience with Cornerspeed, albeit a few years back.

He also has an SP2 at around £20k. Prices are high but as Chris says, they're pretty rare and look good in the photos.
