Is the fuel pump priming up when you turn the ignition on too?
Are you getting a spark? Are the plugs wet when you have turned it over for a while?

Most pump seals are easy and available from any hydraulic supplier .Look in your area for a dealer who can repair it or do it yourself
A little more info as to what it is not doing would help. but I think you are saying that it does not pump up anymore, either by foot pedal or air?
