None AFAIK, but seems very reminiscent of the liveries you see on Macau bikes.

I had similar delays when it was out of Croydon to be fair. I think, depending on bike, some parts have to come from Italy….

My mate had one in Grays, Essex until the council CPO’d him to demolish. There are 2 in Southend on Sea and one in Rayleigh so quite a few this way.
