The box is definitely transferable between all models, not so sure that the mounting rails are though, so well worth checking with a dealer.

Yes, all sets were genuine Ducati Brembo and as far as I'm aware exactly the same parts, I'm sure they are the same discs currently being fitted...
Both my 1200 DVT and my current 1260 had 2 sets of discs replaced under warranty, strangely in each case the 3rd set lasted well over 12k miles...
