I dealt with Simon the sales manager, really friendly and helpful guy. Rest of staff also friendly and never been ignored in showrooms. Good premises with lots of bikes, a cafe and clothing dept. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Great bike shop. Welcoming and friendly. No heavy sales pitch. These guys understand the enthusiast. Always honest and helpful. Easy to get a test ride. Bought my multistrada without problems. Team are always happy to fix problems and customer care is excelent. Highly recommended.

Was advised to pop in as was having clutch problems on my 2016 dvt. Clutch was sticking and gear changes difficult. Several other " reputable dealers " could not find the fault. Steve put his finger spot on . Nothing too much trouble . Will. It be going anywhere else.
Pros - Dealt with Ian, he was excellent, nothing too much trouble, swopped my 2018 Muilti for a 202 model, new Ducati 4 year warranty really helped ease the deal
Great experience, the whole place is a homage to motorbikes. Everyone i have dealt with has been excellent, and the cafe is great food and value as well.
