Pros - Jon the sales guy was really knowledgeable and as a newbie to the brand, he took the time to explain the range and differences for each model, finance, warranty etc. Had all the bikes there that I wanted to test ride and got a great deal on the bike.
I've dealt with the main Laguna shop before and had no issues but going down to their Ducati performance centre in Ashford was the best dealer experience i've had. Helpful, friendly staff and good choice of bikes and clothing. 5 stars well deserved
