    5/5,
    "Restored My Faith"
Pros - Friendly, knowledgeable, accomodating, pristine, ample parking
    Cons - None
I am inherently distrusting of main dealers having been burnt a few times so I generally use independent mechanics however my 996s required specialist care so I bit the bullet and took it to Pro Twins in Godstone. The team is incredibly friendly with not a hint of BS or masogony and were happy for me to leave my bike and disappear for a weeks holiday. When I returned bike was fully sorted (including sorting the sprag clutch that went literally upon arrival). I have never experienced such a clean workshop in 20 years of biking. They even bothered to phone me a week later to make sure all was well.

    5/5,
    "Great Service"
Pros - Excellent service that I trust.
Cons - The location is a bit out of the way
Always very helpful and they know the Ducati range in detail. I use them because I need to trust the people who look after my bike and the guys at Pro Twins have always delivered in the 5 years I have been using them for sales and servicing.

    5/5,
"Nice guys, seem to have a hotline to Ducati parts"
Pros - Really quick at supplying parts
I was struggling to get hold of a performance seat for my Multistrada, most dealers were quoting 2-3 weeks, they got me one the next day.

The guys in the workshop are always happy to offer a cup of tea, biscuits and advice!

    5/5,
    "5 Star Service"
Pros - Great customer care and service
    Cons - None
Pro-twins is not my closest Ducati dealership to where I live, but I will travel the extra miles as I feel they give a 1st class service with a friendly face, the staff are always happy to chat or offer you any advice you need, and you are always greeted with a offer of tea/coffee. From the moment you step through their door you just feel your in the right place, and you get the impression they care as much about your bike as you do.

    5/5,
    "Very Welcoming, Despite No Sale!"
Pros - Welcoming, knowledgeable, and almost impartial!
    Cons - Middle of nowhere!
Rode up on a really miserable January day to look at their titanium Multistrada 1200. Made very welcome with a cup of tea, no other customers stupid enough to venture out in that weather! Welcomed into the spotless workshop to look at the bike, no question too stupid it seemed.
Got a follow up phone call a few days later, then when I decided to go for a newer one closer to home was wished all the best and to stay in touch. Impressed he did not try to push his bike onto me, just helped me through the thought process as impartially as a salesman ever could!

    5/5,
    "The people to go to"
Pros - Professional, committed and friendly
    Cons - Miles from me!
Let me put this plainly; I travel almost 5 hours to use these chaps. In the past they serviced my Monster; I traded in my 1098S for a MTS1200, and they service her; they provide the spares/advise for my 996....and that's despite the travelling time. Consummate professionals, infinitely knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly and approachable. All the team make every effort to look after you and your Ducati(s). Can't recommend them highly enough.

    5/5,
    "Belt change"
    Pros - Friendly professional service.
    Cons - None
Dropped my bike off for a belt change on a Saturday morning a couple of weeks ago. Got a call at lunchtime on the following Monday, all done and ready to pick up! There was no rush from them for me to collect the bike, whenever suited me. I initially said I was in no rush to get the bike back but you can't complain about a turnaround of that speed! Pete, Rob, Brett and the guys in the workshop are always friendly and the offer of a brew is always there. Pete spotted an issue with my handlebars when handing the bike back and this was resolved quickly without any fuss or extra cost. 10 out of 10 service.

    5/5,
    "Great Service"
    Pros - Professional and helpful
Had the belts changed on my 1098 and the price was very reasonable. The team were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They gave me useful advice about my bike even though that wasn't part of the work. Will definitely go back and use them again.

    5/5,
    "Great bunch of Girls"
Pros - Excellent service, always go the extra mile to help
    Cons - Coffee needs sorting
Been going to Pro twins for a number of years and have never failed to deliver, extensive product knowledge and friendly atmosphere unlike other dealers in the nearby area
