Thinking it would be nice to have the same front end on my 848 and 900. So if I can find a set of forks with or without cartridges and axles and wheel spacers for the right price then it's time for a swap! Could be interested in a mudguard and front wheel as well. Cheers. Andrew
What's your budget? I have a pair of 1098 Showas with new Ohlins cartridge kit, axle and lower triple clamp but they ain't cheap. Andy
My budget is cheap at this stage :-/ So if you were ok to remove the cartridges and sell them separately that could work. What sort of price were you looking at complete without the triples?
Some good options coming up, thank for the leads. Ideal would be cartridge free forks at a rock bottom price with no triple clamps, but I'd need to be lucky, so i'll see what comes up and make a call soon.
