All being well I will fire her up tomorrow! Just waiting on the tail unit spacers and the headlight mount to come back.
All new fuel clips fitted and the tank is back on and genuine DP carbon key surround fitted. more importantly it runs!! Woohoo!
That's gonna be cleaner and in better nick than it was when new - looking good, envious Actually, on second thoughts not envious, just admiring and respecting your attention to detail
Awesome. I haven't used my Bayliss in several years due to the pani R. This has stirred me to bring it out again.
Well I’ve been absolutely manic with work on courses and getting ready to go away and therefore have not had time to finish the bike and update the thread. I managed to finally collect the wheels from paint and she is fully back together, runs and I’ve briefly ridden it around the base! Fortunately I’ve also confirmed that it actually fits in the garage with the GT3! Unfortunately I’ve not actually ridden it on the road as I’ve run out of time to get it MOT’d and I’m off to Afghanistan on Sunday for 6 months!!
Just catching up on the thread - the address is still clearly visible to me in case you missed it somehow? Stunning build, gorgeous bike. Have a safe tour and enjoy it when you get back.
