Hello. I realise that you would accept a tank in need of repair, but if you have no luck the following might help, but not as cheap as your other option. The last time I spoke to protwins they could still supply an aluminium tank for a 1x98, but it was new and individually ordered: http://www.protwins.co.uk/products/aluminium-alloy-fuel-tank-with-hardware . There are also the Beater tanks that are made to order in Japan, as follows: https://beater-japan.com/?cat=58 . Victory srl in Italy, also sometimes have tanks, and they have contacts at Ducati factory: https://www.victoryspareparts.com/ricambi/en/ This chap is in Dumfries and I believe he can make a custom aluminium tank to order, using a customer's design or possibly to a sample: http://www.thetankshop.com/ .
