As @Simon-Ducati stated is what I've found FIRST COLD ENGINE, HOT ENGINE = VISIT TO A&E Its a ball ache, but you can get the rad cap loosened but it will still be trapped by the nose cone fairing. There should be enough room to get a small tube into the rad and keep filling it till it overflows then rad cap back on. Fill the expansion tank to between min & max then run the engine up to past 103C the fans should cut in there. When doing that check that both rad lines are getting warm at temp rises Shut it down and let it cool overnight Morning recheck the expansion tank and you should be good to go. Don't do this (well its what I've found) there is a good chance the expansion tank will be low or/and you can get a vapour lock and the coolant won't circulate properly. It's just what I've found from experience with mine YMMV. John
