I recently bought another 1198 after the last one had starting problems. First time I went out on it, it ran fine. Just took it out for the second time and it's running terrible. hunting on tickover,, the when you pull off it's like there's a rev limiter, then the power kicks in and runs fine until you slow right down or stop..its almost dangerous as when the power kicks in, its quite sudden. Any ideas anyone. Thanks
