I can swap cans over. But it's impossible to buy a 899 upmap anywhere. I think I'm going to buy a 899 then fit my cans and have a rexxer done. Then I can sell my 1199 upmap. BigM had one on here I think at £300 a bit back and it appeared to sell at that.
sorry, you misunderstand, the dealer can 'upmap' it for you, you dont need the stick. Also, from what I know, if you used the stick on the 1199, its useless, unless you plug it into the said 1199 again and remove the 'upmap' back onto your stick. Im sure someone will pipe in and confirm or correct me. You could try Ducati John at Leeds, hes a really helpful, knowledgeable guy, without the dealer prices or bull shit. He may be able to 'upmap' your 899 when you fit the cans.
Yeh I've removed the 1199 map back into the stick. I doubt any dealer would do that for free. But happy to be proven wrong lol
If your serious about wanting termi's for a 1199 why don't you buy the 899 set from eBay. And we swap upmap keys ? The 899 kit comes with a air filter too.
