1200 Enduro 1200 Enduro 2018 - Touratech Top Case Mount Installation

Discussion in 'Multistrada' started by DavidPRoberts, Jul 22, 2024.

  1. Good evening
I am trying to figure out how to fit the mounting kit to my enduro, it is the bars that fit under the back which are causing me issues, cant see how they fit, which makes me wonder if I ordered the correct ones....
I have looked and searched on this forum but only seem to find instructions for the dvt, which I am familiar with as that was my last bike.
Can anyone help, even a photo of them fitted would hopefully point me in the right direction
    Many thanks

  2. firstly, are the arms you have specifically touratech or the same as the ducati parts ?

If you had the DVT one you know the metal arms screw up into the underside of the subframe using spacers, then two bolts up into the grab rails, and finally two bolts and nuts at the far end through the plate.
The 1200 enduro is the same as the 1260 enduro, which I beleive is the same as the 950/1200/1260 DVT.

I have an a Ducati top case mount for an Enduro here with metal arms, so can take a picture if it helps.

  4. Hi John
Many thanks for the prompt response, if you could take a photo or two of them fitted if possible would be great, but if they are loose then that will be fine, at least I can confirm I have the correct arms.

  5. It is already removed, but here are some pictures of where it bolts to.
    Hope that helps.

  6. Hi John
That looks like a givi style case fitting, I have the touratech one, has a different fitting at the plate, but you have confirmed that the fittings under the rear of the bike are the same as the dvt...many thanks
