Take all the extras off and bolt the stock parts back on. They will add bugger all to the overall book value of the bike, certainly if you intend to sell it through a dealer as opposed to privately. You'll sell these parts much easier on the open market and any proceeds you make can go back into the pot towards something else or the new bike.
