2001 St2 Dead

  3. Don’t forget to get your belts from forum reprobate @Exige :) Oh and he can also flog you some uprated starting circuit cables to transform the usual reluctant Ducati starting into something altogether more eager. :)

  4. Cam belts for ST2 ordered from ExactUK on Monday (early hours) and just delivered by postman. Top service.

    ST is fine, now, as it was the relay. Cam covers and battery cage off bike now ready to remove old belts.

    I bought the bike about 18 months ago. Been around Europe on it and t has been my main commuter. It had K & N sticker on fairing and I assumed that it had a K & N in that would need cleaning. Took off air box cover and it is empty! No filter at all FFS!!!

    It wasn't running stupidly weak as spark plugs out and they look OK. Feel that I should of noticed but since I have never ridden an St2 with an air filter... Does about 190-200 miles per tank in touring mode. It would take about 19-20 litres to fill up.
