Isn’t this one of those things that never gets to h]its target, so they take ‘admin costs’ which total most or all of the money then simply close the ad and ‘pay’ any excess to charity (if not refunding the 5p per person)? Wasn’t there one recently for a £1m house, min target was nearly 4m (!) at the min tickets times cost per ticket rate, they raised £750k and had 725k of ‘costs’...
