Ok, just updating this thread. Finally found the time to strip my forks for a bush and seal refresh. After checking the run out with V blocks and a DTI gauge of outer and inner tubes, the left hand inner has about 1.5mm of run out, prob from a previous off, which would explain why I was having the alignment issues posted in this thread. Moto liner in Maidstone should be able to straighten it, fingers crossed!! If not, will be looking for a good left TiN fork leg, complete or just the slider if anyone can help??
