No... replaced with a 2011 Fireblade. Which turned out to not be as fun as the 749s. Had a good 749s or 749r come up instead of a good 999s then I'd have got another 749 in a heartbeat.
T9 every time, 2005 on boasts 144bhp. But is very gentle, if you can get the 's' go for it. Also an emerging classic, will also get your money back but they do like to be looked after, like most Ducatis.
I can't remember exactly what I paid for my 2006 999s mono-nero which I bought from Ducati Frankfurt in may of last year but I do know that it was very little more than 4500€. If you do choose a 999 and fancy an 's' mono-nero, you'd better get your skates on because that kind of money, in whatever currency, will soon be buying you about half of one!
