Wheel bearings sorted Mine has an older wheel type. Wider (16mm not 12mm) bearings, so no spacers required and it has a shorter internal spacer
As I get my 91 ss750 back together there's some bits hiding from me. Perhaps someone can help? The front brembos are being refurbished but i can't find the little o rings the fit between the two halves of the calipers Has anyone sourced these before?
they are the place that carb breather fumes go to live. On a new bike you will see several tubes head there but they are often displaced or missing altogether.
yes, you could run to bottom of frame, and is exactly what other production bikes have done as standard practice.
Update May 2026 The bike is coming along nicely, mainly because a friend is putting it back together, whilst I refurbish 2x vtr1000 and a cbf000. I'm doing the finding stuff and repairing stuff on the Ducafe Racer
At the moment, I'm not going to use the rev counter Is it just a case of blocking the hole on the engine?
