Undoubtedly but they are much more expensive. That said, because they are precision made they will need changing far less often.
Agree with Derek. The MBP are great bits of kit, but they are expensive and in some cases require their own shims to. They are reliable in that they don't fracture like the stock ones, especially in 2V application, but I wouldn't say they're of huge benefit in regular use, especially on the newer bikes where breakages are far less common.
