8k Miles In A Year. Doable?

  1. Leaving for Folkestone and then Cochem tomorrow.

  2. Heading to my neck of the woods. Cochem is only ten miles from my house. I live halfway between Cochem and the Ring. PM me if you fancy meeting up, If i had known you could of stayed in one of our guest rooms.

  5. Arrived Cochem after a pretty miserable ride - the route and weather were rubbish apart from the last 45 mins. Made me yearn for @Pete1950 as a route organiser rather than my useless mate ;-)

    Still - we are here now. The hotel (Thul) isn't as well located as the Noss but it is pleasant enough.

    I have 14276 miles on my odometer with a 550 mile trip home on Sunday so a couple of hundred miles while I'm here will see me done. I'm in work on Monday then it is up to JHP for the 15,000 mile service on Tuesday :)

  17. 14,490 miles clocked up and I'm off home on my own at 0830 tomorrow whilst my mates stay on an extra day to play on the Ring. Sadly I have to get back for work.

    550 miles + will be the longest ride I've done in one day on the Desmo ... pity my poor arse :Wtf:

  19. Why don't you supply JHP with a digital camera and a large memory card. It's no hassle for them to get snap happy for you as they work. :upyeah:
