900ssie gentleman's thing. I've just picked it up today. It needs a few things sorting along with sourcing and fitting a high level exhaust, rearsets and a solo seat conversion.
That is a gorgeous bike. I’ve never seen a colour scheme like that on a 900SSie and it suits it perfectly. Don’t change a thing.
The paint scheme does look very good on it. I had a couple of SSie's, and the worst thing about them I thought was the appalling front headlight.
Ha! I had a ST4 briefly, and thought exactly the same! I gather the lights on the later ST3 were much better.
I saw that listed - very good price, especially with the shock. Well bought Sir. I run Nitron on my track bike - you won’t need more. You can get a GRP full single seat conversion running race foam or a cover that goes over the passenger seat leaving the front of the original seat exposed. Think I still have both versions in my storeroom somewhere. I can get pics if useful to help you decide which way to go.
