Hi Nelly,Thanks for looking,is it possible for you to load a picture of the correct tacho for the 1997 model as there looks like three DUCATI RACING ones are available!?, i did ask a ducati dealer the other day (P&H)but no joy.
Sorry. The pictures on the parts fiche are just line drawings. The part number against the '97 bike is used on 916 94-96, 916SP, 916SPS '97-'98 and the '99 996SPS. Part number then changes for the 2000 996 SPS which btw is still available. There's only 2 part numbers across the whole of that range that I can see.
Pics of the clocks on my 98 916 BP bike back in the day. I don't know if it's of any help at all. It was one of the 1st generation of the Texas Pacific bikes.
Thank you Rob,,very clean bike!! but did your bike have the P8 ECU? **bloody hell i might be getting somewhere on this!
Errrrr. Pass This was the only pic I could find, a small grainy image when I changed the swing arm on the bike. Sorry bud.
many thanks ,,i will look at mine later / tomorrow when i am in the mood,,but i think my P8 ECU is larger but i will check,,,cheers
sorry for the late reply,,watching T>V,the picture was taken when i viewed it before i brought it,so not at my address,,cheers
