Hi all, 10 year's ago l purchased boxes of bits containing the remnants of a 1999 996sps minus engine. I later found a freshly rebuilt verified sps engine and spent many hours restoring it into a lovely LOOKING bike, boredom set in, other projects loomed and to cut a long story short it's spent the last 10 years as a very expensive ornament in my living room. Time has come to finally get this thing running and where it should be. Question It currently has a 916 wiring loom slapped on it to make it LOOK complete. I have the p8 ecu that came with the engine. I have a 996 wiring loom. And a 3 phase reg/rec. Is there anything I'm missing and will the stock loom work, the only difference i can see looking at the Haynes manual is wiring provision for power modules? Many thanks Shaun (Essex)
