Sorry to bump my own thread. Finally got round to the MOT, but needed petrol first. Filled her up and this problem came back. Ended up having to push the old girl to the MOT station, in this heat. I was knackered. Anyway, sorted out the same issue and away we go. My only concern is what if this happens again when I'm more rural. So, does anyone know if the side stand switch is specific to the 916/998 etc family? CheeRS
